Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
** This project has been awarded to Farmer's Electric in the amount of $395,763. ** This project includes removing pumps, piping, electrical equipment, wet well lid, and riser from a wastewater lift station, followed by the installation of two submersible pumps, pump rails, a new custom manufactured access hatch, and piping. Areas of concrete sidewalk, curb and asphalt will be removed and replaced. An electrical junction box, electrical control cabinet components, fence, and telemetry equipment will be installed. The wet well will be drained, grouted, cleaned and prepared for coat and coated with a multilayered liner system. Traffic control and bypass pumping of wastewater will be required while work is in progress. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with TANA LIFT STATION UPGRADE PROJECT marked plainly thereon. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total of the bid. Only bids from bidders who are currently on the MRSC Small Works Roster and Plan Holder List with the City of Moses Lake will be accepted.
