The Standby Power project will upgrade critical standby power generating and distribution assets at the Mill Creek WWTP. The Loop project will upgrade critical MSD owned high and medium voltage assets within the existing 4.16kV and 13.2kV distribution loop at the Mill Creek WWTP.
