General Contractors are invited to submit a Bid for the construction of Phase 2 of Gorman Park, located at 12153 Centerdale Drive, Sharonville, Ohio 45241. 1.The Work for this project is generally described as a prefabricated open shelter house, a dog park, adult fitness equipment area, utilities, grading, sidewalks, curbing, parking lots; minimal site lighting; fencing and landscape plantings. The Owner requires Work to start on August 14, 2023 and Substantial Completion of the Work on or before May 1, 2024. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submittal. ESTIMATE COST OF CONSTRUCTION, GENERAL CONDITIONS, AND ANY GENERAL CONTRACTOR FEES INCLUDING ALTERNATES The estimated cost for the general contract base bid is $ 1,413,771.00 Alternate 1 Soils for fill $ 106,950.00 Alternate 2 Picnic Shelter $ 78,140.00 Alternate 3 Adult Fitness Area $ 219,280.00
