The Offeror and its team of subconsultants must be able to provide Aviation Planning Services, Architectural/Engineering Services, and any Special Services as needed for Airport projects for both federally and non-federally funded projects. The A/E services shall include preliminary, design. construction and closeout phases. Special services may include pavement and subgrade testing and analysis, surveying, environmental studies, feasibility studies and property mapping. All work must meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), and City standards and regulations. Offerors responding to this solicitation must be willing to provide Planning, A/E and Special services to the City onan as-needed basis for the Airport projects until final project close-out activities are completed or such services are no longer required by the City. The actual scope of services will be determined by the City's Department of Transportation and Engineering, Aviation Division, as needed on a per-project basis pursuant to the terms of the master professional services contract. Additional information on the scope of work may be found in Exhibit A. A current proposed LUK Projects is attached in Exhibit B, projects may be added as needed.
