Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 25, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The University of Cincinnati seeks professional design services for interior renovations within the Mantei Center (formerly the Engineering Research Center). Opened in 1996, the Mantei Center was designed by Michael Graves and is considered an important part of the University's commitment to thoughtful architecture and Campus Planning. Interior alterations must be designed in a manner that is sensitive to the original design intent. This project will engage an Architectural-Engineering consultant to assist in program verification, concept design study, and estimation of the following spaces. Following the development of concept designs and budgets, the University may elect to proceed with a full scope of services to implement one or more scopes of work.
