Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project No. 539-23-203 Upgrade Elevators "Upgrade Elevators" in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contract completion time is 182 days from NTP. This solicitation is 100% set aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Only bids from Small Business Administration's (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification(VetCert), located athttps://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at the time of the quote's submission and prior to award will accepted and eligible for award. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Upgrade Elevators Project, including prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. This construction project will upgrade the elevator cabs and fixtures to include elevators in the main hospital, and building 15. The project will also make repairs the elevator in the ED. It will also upgrade the pneumatic tube systems as needed to include the diverters and blower which can no longer be supported with their current parts and is approaching the end of its life. This work includes general construction, electrical, technology, and may include abatement, etc.
