Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Airdrie, Alberta. Working plans call for the construction of a 306,556-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.
Plans call for construction of a new multi-use recreation facility in southwest Airdrie. Scope to include: an aquatics centre; fitness space; indoor play area; triple arenas; a field house; and a gym. TIMELINE: Detailed design began late summer 2026. Owner has decided to proceed as one project, rather than multiple phases, to reduce costs. Construction remains on target for 2027. Further update spring 2027.
