Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Airdrie, Alberta. Design plans call for the construction of a 306,556-square-foot stadium; fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.
Plans call for construction of a new multi-use recreation facility in southwest Airdrie. The facility will be located at the corner of Southwinds Blvd and Southwinds Dr., on a joint use site with Rocky View Schools. Construction will be carried out in multiple phases. Phase 1 - Aquatics Centre, Fitness Spaces, Indoor Play Phase 2 - Triple Arenas and Support Facilities Phase 3 - Field House and Gymnasium TIMELINE: Design is underway. Request for Proposals for Construction Management services has been issued. Construction of the first phase is planned for 2026-2028.
