Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Construction services for temporary relocation of steam and condensate lines, followed by permanent construction of new steam and condensate lines, with catwalk, for Bridge 9 as per ` drawings and specifications. The project consists of relocation of existing steam and condensate lines to a temporary structure plus removal of the existing steam lines and catwalk in April 2020 and final removal of temporary steam and condensate in October 2020. In addition, the cost for permanent install of the new steam, condensate, and catwalk in October 2020 is being defined and listed with an independent line item value of $550,000 and that cost value should be included in the contractor proposal and schedule of values. Updated construction documents will be released by addendum approximately February 28, 2020. Project documents are confidential and are password protected. Deadline for RFP Questions Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Noon If you are a General or Mechanical contractor, please email Chip Foster at foste048@umn.edu on your company letterhead requesting the password. Barr Engineering is the Architect/Engineer of Record for the Project. The total construction budget for this Project is $1,300,000 (current dollars, no escalation).
