Definition: An Alternate is an amount proposed by Bidders and stated on the Bid Form that will be added to the Base Bid amount if the MAC decides to accept a corresponding addition or change in either scope of work or in products, materials, equipment, systems or installation methods described in the Contract Documents. Sealed Bid Proposals for the project listed above will be received by the MAC, a public corporation, at the office thereof located at 6040-28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55450, until the date and hour indicated. This project provides for: 2022 Terminal 2 Employee Breakroom, as shown or specified including, but not limited to, the following major work items: 1. Demolition work including: Selective demolition. 2. General construction work including: Masonry, doors and hardware, metal framed partitions, interior finishes, casework, and building specialties. 3. Mechanical construction work including: HVAC, plumbing, building automation systems and fire protection. 4. Electrical construction work including: Power, lighting, signal, low voltage, and telecommunications.
