Site work and new construction of a parking garage in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 431,000-square-foot parking garage.
Plans call for a design/build parking deck project. The project calls for the construction of a pre-cast parking structure at the CRC Complex. The parking deck is slated to accommodate between 947-1326 vehicles. The multi-level structure will be approx 431,000 square feet. For pricing purposes, the base scope of work will be floors 1-5, with floors 6 & 7 each being an option. Trades will include, but are not limited to: demolition, site grading, site utlities, deep foundations (driven precast piles), concrete, structural precast, misc steel, concrete sealer/traffic coatings, caulking, sealants, doors, hardware, painting, signage, elevators, fire protection, landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. The owner has placed the project out for pricing to a short-listed team of general contractors.
