Site work and renovation of a civil project in Concord, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

In general, the Work involves the modifying a chemical feed system of one (1) reservoir and rehabilitation of two (2) treated water pump stations. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Pine Hollow Reservoir: Replacement of ammonia sulfate and sodium hypochlorite metering pumps, sodium hypochlorite storage tank, chlorine residual analyzer, meter pump control panel, raising the elevation of hypochlorite and ammonia storage tanks, construction of chemical feed lines to two (2) reservoirs; replacement of hypochlorite building roof and repairing of ammonia building roof; replacement of 1" feed pipe to two (2) emergency eyewash/shower unit with 2" feed pipe, and replacement of eyewash units with facewash units; and performance of related required work as shown on the drawings and as specifications. Oakhurst Pump Station: Replacement of surge anticipator valve, three (3) pump control valves and associated piping; replacement of flow meter; replacement of several pressure gauge and transmitters; raising the elevation of pump station floor at floor/equipment drains; installation of door stops and lighting over doorway; and performance of related required work as shown on the drawings and as specifications. Clubhouse Pump Station: Replacement of one (1) pump control valve and associated piping; installation of isolation valve on discharge line; removal of suction orifice plates; replacement of wall hydrant pump connections; replacement of several pressure gauges and transmitters; replacement of flow meter; installation of door stops; and performance of related required work as shown on the drawings and as specifications. Project is to be completed within three hundred and forty-eight (348) consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
