Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Gainesville is requesting pre-qualification of bidders for the Riverside Drive WTP FY2020 Basin Coatings Project. The work generally consists of coating interior concrete wall surfaces in the North Primary Settling Basin, Filter Basin 5, and Filter 5. The work includes replacing the underdrain system and media in Filter 5. The work will also include, surface preparation and painting of clarifier sludge collector mechanisms, effluent troughs, weir plates, and replacing wooden baffles. The work will start January 2020 and is expected to be completed in less than 120 days. The work will take place at the Riverside Drive WTP located at 2120 Riverside Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501. Pre-qualification of Bidders is required for this Project. All applicants submitting pre-qualification documentation will be notified of their status by Friday, November 22, 2019.
