**As of May 28, 2020 this project has not yet been awarded. Bids may be withdrawn or modified prior to the time for the opening of bids or the authorised postponement thereof. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of the opening of bids. PVSC reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any minor Bid informalities, defects or irregularities when it has sound documented reasons and in accordance with applicable law. Any award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the PVSC in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000, executed by a Surety Company duly authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent construction performance bond, and a 100 percent construction payment bond, a maintenance bond, and an environmental maintenance bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Work includes, but not limited to, decant tank internal equipment and covers, Heat Treatment Plant Supernatant Return (HTPSR) overflow capture, facility concrete repairs, miscellaneous architectural and structural facility modifications and repairs, replacement of electrical equipment, cable, conduit, and lighting throughout the Decant Facility and portions of the New Sludge Storage (NSS) Facility, new odor control ductwork and supports, replacement of existing and installation of new HVAC systems, new utility rooms with electrical rooms in the courtyard areas between the tanks, instrumentation and controls for the new equipment, yard piping
