Renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
There are two alternate portions of work included in Exhibit 1 and the bid pricing sheets. These alternate projects must be included in the bid. The optional items include the following: Alternate 1 Provide new window openings as outlined on the Architectural Drawings. Include all work required to cut new opening in existing wall and install new windows including, but not limited to, cutting and patching of interior and exterior wall systems and finish materials, flashing, weatherproofing and sealant, blocking and finish trim. Ensure new openings are tied into existing weather barrier to maintain exterior envelope and be weathertight. Include additional work to reinforce the existing wall systems, including sheathing, fasteners, and finishes indicated on drawings. See Exhibit 1 for additional details. Alternate 2 Provide crosswalk poles and accessories for mounting and supported owner supplied crossing signals as outlined on the Architectural Drawings. Include all work required to install poles, mount owner supplied crossing signals, and power and operate signals. See Exhibit 1 for additional details.
