As of April 19, 2021, the project is under construction and expected to be completed in August 2021. The City of Garland is publishing a Request for Bids (RFB) for Bid Number 0108-20 Main Street and Avenue A Alley Improvements. All documents (forms) herein and attached are required to be completed and returned with response. All questions must be submitted through the ionWave website. The deadline for submitting questions on this project is Tuesday, November 26th, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. The project is located in downtown Garland west of Fifth Street, east of Glenbrook Avenue, north of Avenue A and south of Main Street. All portions of the construction project are located within the corporate limits of Garland, Texas. Construction of approximately of 800 LF of alley paving, 1200 LF of water, and 1500 LF of wastewater, 400 LF of storm sewer, storm sewer inlets, and 370 LF of box culvert improvements.
