Request for bids to provide fabrication and delivery of three (3) complete galvanized steel transmission monopoles with all necessary components and all insulators, hardware, armor rods, conductor, conductor accessories, bolts, nuts, washers, and miscellaneous hardware as shown in the project bid items and plans. All questions concerning the plans, specifications, or bid documents shall be submitted to the Buyer at tsmith@garlandtx.gov no later than 5:00 pm on the 26th Day of March, 2021. No pre-bidders conference will be held for this project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required with your bid response. A Performance Bond will be required upon notification of award. The Bid Number for this project is 0607-21. This number shall be placed on all correspondence including the sealed bid proposal. The right is reserved by the Mayor and the City Council as the interest of the City may require to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
