The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals and select a professional services vendor from qualified firms to conduct a community survey of District residents. This Request for Proposal should not be misconstrued as a formal offer. There is absolutely no commitment to purchase or enter into a formal contract. Upon completion of our evaluation of your proposal, we may recommend that a formal contract be established. The successful proposer shall be expected to enter into a written contract with the District. The terms and conditions in this proposal are expected to be incorporated into any contract awarded. In submitting a proposal, the proposer agrees to the terms and conditions unless it is notated conspicuously in the proposal response. Acceptance of alternate language, terms and conditions is at the sole discretion of the District. While the exact term of the contract is subject to final determination, the successful proposer would be expected to commence the services upon Board of Education approval.
