**As of January 8, 2020 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Westtown Township is facilitating this project via the Green Light Go Grant award. This project will address safety concerns at the intersection of West Chester Pike (SR 3) and N. Chester Road (SR 352)/Cavanaugh Court (Permit 63-0349) by changing the existing setup in which all eleven (11) signal heads are attached to a single span wire with a new setup including four (4) new mast arms. The project also includes associated changes to other signal equipment including but not limited to installation of new signal heads, relocation of detection cameras for the adaptive signal control technology implemented in early 2019, and modifications to signing and pavement markings. The project does not include any signal phasing or timing changes. Questions must be submitted on or before 11/18/2019 4:00 PM. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100 and a maximum of $5,000.
