Site work for a water / sewer project in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project generally consists of replacement and installation of approximately 360 LF of 18 SLCCP stormwater piping and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Owner:BIRMINGHAM TOWNSHIP 1040 West Street Road West Chester, PA 19382 Engineer: ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 321 North Furnace Street, Suite 200 Birdsboro, PA 19508 Questions will be accepted until 12:00 P.M., prevailing time on August 25, 2022; All questions must be submitted electronically The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
