Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brea, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This contract will require a 2" grind and disposal of existing asphalt and a 2" asphalt overlay of the intersection located at Birch St and Brea Blvd. The work will also require traffic control to shut down the intersection for one night. The work shall be done on a weeknight, Monday - Thursday, and selected date to be determined. All work will be completed in one night. Street closures to start work at 8 pm and completing work by 2 am. The contractor shall be responsible for setting up and maintaining safe, proper traffic control per the watch Handbook, through the duration of work at intersections. Attached plan shows a general description of the area of work within the intersection along with the size of the intersection at 8,800 sqft. This job is for a 2" grind and overlay only. No asphalt stamping and no application of thermoplastic is required for this job.
