CSP Campus Communication (PA) / Multimedia (AV) Systems Upgrade Project at Round Rock High School Estimated Project Budget: $950,000 to $1,470,000 All vendors must sign in at the front desk and obtain a visitors badge prior to attending the conference. A current drivers license is required to sign in and receive a badge. It is suggested the attendees arrive early to secure parking and badge processing. A contractor that fails to have representation at the conference shall not be excused from having complete knowledge of the specifications and facility requirements. Price adjustments, change orders, etc., that would be considered a part of the working knowledge of the Contractor, based on the project specifications, pre-proposal conference, and the walkthrough (as applicable), will not be accepted by the District. The current standards include the Bogen Nyquist PA System, and classroom HDMI/USB Classroom Teacher’s Workstation (TWS) with ceiling enclosure, projector mount with new amplifiers and associated wiring. Work is to include Large Venue AV Multimedia System. Provide new performance audio systems for 100 GYM and Field House. Provide all necessary power, remote power control, racks, cabling, speakers and rigging material as required.
