Site work for a water / sewer project in Round Rock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For South 81 Composite Elevated Tank Rehabilitation. Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Section 2269.151, it is the intention of the City of Round Rock to select, via the Request for Proposal, a prime contractor by using the Competitive Sealed Proposal process for the construction of the South 81 Composite Elevated Tank Rehabilitation project as generally described herein. The project includes: repairing and recoating of the 1,250,000 gallon elevated water tank. The time for substantial completion is one-hundred ten (120) calendar days from the notice to proceed letter and one-hundred twenty (130) calendar days from notice to proceed letter to final completion. Such deadline for completion will be included in the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor.
