Description

Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Round Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the construction of a fire / police facility.

Project consists of a full renovation of the existing fire station building. Scope includes demolition, concrete, masonry, misc steel, carpentry, finishes, & MEP&FP scope.
