Installation of pipe, tie-ins, and surrounding work complete All work necessary for complete pipe installation at Stone Hill Pump Station and Taylor WTP; including, but not limited to, all appurtenances as shown: i.e. dig, lay, bury pipe; tie-in to existing facilities; electrical; paint and coatings; manholes; concrete work; clear and grub; install/maintain BMPs for SWPPP; landscape/seeding; welding; traffic control; temporary fence; dewatering (including any ponds); temp power/sewer/water (water will be provided by UTRWD for testing pipe and backfilling); BNGs; trash; and permanent fencing. Connections between packages 3,4,and 5; Final Pipeline testing, cleaning, and disinfection; Cathodic protection and Subsurface Settlement markers; It shall be each Proposer's sole responsibility to inspect the site of the work regarding the local conditions under which the work is to be done. It shall be understood and agreed that all such factors have been thoroughly investigated and considered in the preparation of the proposal submitted. The drawings and specifications provided for this proposal package are updated with information from Addenda 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as released during the early out proposal packages procurement. To avoid confusion, any additional addenda will begin at Addenda 7. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the TWDB. Neither the state of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract.
