Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of 5/10/2021 project was already awarded. Start date will be in May 2021. UTRWD has prequalified Offerors. Bids will not be accepted from Offerors that are not prequalified to submit a Bid. This project includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition, site work, new influent screen, modifications to the influent pump station, hydraulic improvements, modifications to existing aeration basins, rehabilitation of sand filter, and modifications to existing plant water pump station. New construction for this project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of new aeration basins, final clarifier, RAS/WAS pump station, cloth media filters, sludge storage tank, dewatering building, blower building, and administration building. Bid Documents for this project include the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, Fourth Edition, October 2004, and Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the Construction of the Project Proposals shall be accompanied by either a Bid Bond from a surety satisfying the requirements specified in the contract or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to Upper Trinity Regional Water District as a guarantee that the Bidder will within ten (10) days after Notice of Award enter into a Contract and furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and any other bonds set forth in the Contract Documents. UTRWD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts of bids (including bid deduction items), to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid most advantageous to UTRWD. UTRWD shall have sole discretion to consider and elect bid deduction items in the manner most advantageous to UTRWD.
