Project Location:Begins. Stone Hill Pump Station, southeast of Justin Road & GC&SF Railroad intersection, Flower Mound, TX 75028 Ends. Tom Taylor Regional WTP at 300 E. Valley Ridge Blvd, Lewisville, TX 75057 All work necessary for the boring(s) as indicated on the proposal form. This is to include liner plate and grouting of voids outside of liner plate. See proposal package for more detail It shall be each Proposer's sole responsibility to inspect the site of the work regarding the local conditions under which the work is to be done. It shall be understood and agreed that all such factors have been thoroughly investigated and considered in the preparation of the proposal submitted. The drawings and specifications provided for this proposal package are updated with information from Addenda 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as released during the early out proposal packages procurement. To avoid confusion, any additional addenda will begin at Addenda 7. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the TWDB. Neither the state of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract.
