The flooring replacement project was competitively bid, and the district contracted with Jackson Construction, according to the May 17 board agenda. The project is part of the Year 5 flooring replacements that are funded by the 2017 bond. The $737 million bond package referendum was approved by nearly 63% of voters. This project exceeds the original budget by about $95,000, according to the agenda item. Work on the project, according to the agenda, is scheduled to begin this summer. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is various flooring replacements at two campuses: Coyote Ridge ES and LHS N. Killough for Lewisville ISD. The bid date is 4/5 and these projects go for board approval on 5/9. The tentative start date is 5/30 with substantial completion on 8/1. They will be under construction concurrently.
