The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035 The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Region Five/District Eight Office in Collinsville. Phase II engineering services are required to provide reconstruction of the I-64 and IL 111 interchange in Washington Park, IL. Services required include preparation of contract plans, special provisions, and estimates (PS&E) to re-configure the existing interchange carrying IL 111 over I-64 into a diamond interchange configuration. This work may consist of preparing TS&L and structure plans, geotechnical services, geometric modifications, hydraulic/drainage re-analysis and or design, traffic management plan, lighting and traffic signal design, bikeway and pedestrian accommodations, supplemental surveys and all other work necessary to complete the Phase II final contract PS&E within the framework of the department's policies and procedures and all applicable manuals and schedules.
