Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Centreville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center requires removal and replacement of existing roof system on two buildings. Phase One Gymnasium roof to be complete by July 30, 2026. Phase Two - roof and gutters on a Modular Building with target date of completion October 30, 2026. Existing roof will be replaced with additional insulation, if required (R-30 Standard), 1/2 inch SecuRock gypsum fiber cover board, and fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof, finished to ensure a complete functional roof system.
