Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; 5,600-unit residential development; and retail development.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development including a Sacramento State satellite campus, on 2,200-acres. As of December 18, 2025, infrastructure work on the first part of the project is nearing completion. Three homebuilders have been selected. Pulte Homes will build 141 lots in Villages 12 and 13. KB Home will build 253 homes within four villages. JMC Homes will build 143 homes. Vertical construction is expected to start in fourth quarter 2025. *This project has been updated to Award status based on historical confirmations and outreach.
