The Town of Lynnfield is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk services for the construction of the new South Fire Station, Addition/Renovation of the Town Hall/Public Safety Building, and associated sitework and selective demolition. The new projects will be located at the site of the existing South Fire Station at 598 Salem Street and the existing Town Hall/Public Safety Building at 55 Summer Street. Deadline for questions is 6/9/23 @ 12:00 P.M.
