The Evergreen Lake North Trail Construction Project involves improving the existing multimodal transportation connection along the north side of Evergreen Lake, which is located within Dedisse Park, owned by the City and County of Denver. This project is located alongside and adjacent to SH-74 between MP 7.14 and MP 7.37. The scope of the project includes construction/reconstruction of the existing support wall and trail on the north side of Evergreen Lake. The upper track (near road level) is an off-street, hard surface accessible trail and the lower track (lake level) is a pedestrian-only, out-and-back natural surface trail with fishing bulbouts. The project will also include improvements to drainage, roadway characteristics, and support infrastructure at and near the project site.The Project is a federally-assisted construction project and is subject to additional terms and conditions as further discussed in the RFB and attached Project Documents.
