Question Acceptance Deadline 11/16/2022 07:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Job Location Golden, Colorado Colorado School of Mines seeks General Contractors for the interior office and restroom renovation of the Moly Building, Rooms 13, 132 and 138, on School of Mines campus. Contractor shall provide full-service general contracting for demolition and construction. Project shall include all work needed for a complete ready to occupy office space and restroom, working with Mines for access and schedule. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition of existing work rooms and restrooms, gypsum systems, acoustical ceiling systems, carpet, paint, tile, doors, frames, hardware, casework, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and low-voltage to create a large work room and restroom. General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Performance and Labor/Material Bonds are not required for bidding. Those will be requested from the awarded bidder at contracting.
