Job Location 425 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 12/06/2022 02:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the remodel of the two multiuser restrooms and the two ADA restrooms at the CDOT office building in Golden Colorado. The remodel will include the reconfiguration of the ADA restrooms including all new fixtures and finishes. The multiuser restrooms walls will stay in place and will include all new fixtures and finishes; the women's restroom will include the relocation of two toilets. The ADA restrooms will be the first two restrooms to be remodeled the multiuser restrooms will need to remain operational until the ADA restrooms are completed. Once the ADA restrooms are complete and available for use, the multiuser restrooms will commence. The restrooms are located in a CDOT office building; this building will remain open and operational for the duration of the project. Phasing of the restroom remodels will be required so as not to eliminate all restrooms from use at any one time. The utilities serving the restrooms are to remain and are to be reused. Liquidated damages : the Contractor agrees that an amount equal to Eight-Hundred-Seventy-Five Dollars ($875.00)
