Renovation of a theater / auditorium in North York, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The scope of work for this project includes demolition and modification of the bars and concession stands located in Meridian Arts Centre (formerly Toronto Centre for the Arts) as per drawings and specifications prepared by Building Arts Architects and attached to Appendix G of this RFQ. The purpose of this modification is to help ensure that AODA and accessibility requirements are met as per AODA Standards. This includes but is not limited to provision of construction drawings, fabrication, installation, modification and construction of existing (qty. 6) bars and concession stands for AODA compliance.
