Please Note: No decision regarding ITB 22-19-CIP Babe James Splash Park Construction bid shall take place prior to the January 14, 2020 City Commission meeting. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all site construction activities, including but not limited to; underground drainage system, installation of new water and sanitary services, electrical upgrades and extensions from existing services, construction of pre-engineered restroom building, procurement, installation and commissioning of splash pad water play equipment and recirculating pump system, construction of all hardscapes, fencing, landscaping and site furnishings as outlined in the bid proposal worksheet. The City of New Smyrna Beach will pay any impact fees direct to the City & direct to the Utilities Commission (if required). The awarded General Contractor will be required to pay for the necessary building permit and any meter setting fees both permanent and temporary.
