Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct the Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station Expansion. The lift station expansion includes, but is not limited to, demolition and replacement of riser supports, riser piping, fittings, valves and miscellaneous metals; replacement of the impellers on the three (3) existing submersible pumps; protective coatings; bypass pumping and all else necessary for a complete and operational lift station. Attention: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, unless you are a publicly traded entity or a wholly owned subsidiary of same, you must provide Willow Point Municipal Utility District (the "District") with printed and signed copies of a completed disclosure of interested parties form (Form 1295) and a certificate of filling at the time of the bid opening. Failure to do so will result in an irregular bid.
