Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
1. Approx. 1,350 LF of 24-inch thru 48-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 53,500 SY of 8-inch subgrade preparation 3. Approx. 53,500 SY of 10-inch reinforced concrete pavement 4. Approx. 3,700 LF of reinforced concrete curb A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 10.01 of the General Conditions within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commences to run. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature.
