number(s) bid on, as set forth below. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Franklin Square & Munson Fire District, in accordance with the specifications and
instructions to Bidders. Bids for this project may be submitted and will be considered in alternative fashion as follows: One, Single Prime Contract:

Pursuant to 220 of the Labor Law, the contract will contain a provision that every mechanic,laborer and workman employed in or about the work contemplated by the contract shall be paid not less than the prevailing rate of wages and provided with not less than the prevailing
supplement which are set forth in the Bidding Documents. The contract for the above item will be awarded by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more responsible
bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board of Fire Commissioners may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion and/or to waive any informality in any bid which it deems immaterial in nature. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 45 days of the bid opening.
