Site work for a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project involves construction of water quality infrastructure including storm sewers, water quality/detention facilities, sidewalks and erosion controls. All questions, clarifications and requests regarding the project must be received in writing via email to Lee Whited, P.E., at lee@cbdeng.com and received no later than Monday, 12:00 p.m., December 9, 2019. Any requests received after said time and date will not be addressed. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The Award will be made on the basis of the bidder that is considered the most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project in accordance with Texas Water Code Section 49.273(c). The right is reserved to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Prevailing Wage Rates, in accordance with Government Code 2258 are applicable to this project.
