Site work and renovation of a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of Streets, Drainage, Water, Wastewater and Erosion Control Improvements (the Project). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference conducted. The Award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bidder that is considered the most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project in accordance with Texas Water Code Section 49.273(c).
