Furnishing all labor, supplies, and supervision necessary for construction of North Fork Force Main & Gravity Sewer. No bids received by fax, email, or other digital means will be accepted. Any proposal received after the closing time will be filed unopened. The Project comprises the installation of approximately 5,650 linear feet of 18 inch wastewater force main, 3,850 linear feet of 12 inch gravity wastewater pipeline, manholes, and appurtenances including 1,500 linear feet of 12 inch water main including appurtenances. The Award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bidder that is considered the most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project in accordance with Texas Water Code Section 49.273(c). Note that this bid will be evaluated in coordination with bids for the North Fork Lift Station construction contract. The bid form for this contract provides an opportunity for Bidders to provide an optional deduct that will be assessed on total bid amount of this contract.
