The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed proposals for the Parks & Recreation Aquatic Center Pool Liner Repair Project which must be reasonably equivalent to the certain specifications and requirements set forth by the City in connection with this Notice. The Aquatic Center "Olympic Size Pool" - To remove the old Pool Liner and replace with new Pool Liner. When removing the Pool Liner, to remove all old lane line markers and to remove pool liner in the gutters. When removing the liner in the gutters, to remove the Plastic Gutter Protectors but will reuse the existing Plastic Gutter Protectors after new liner is installed in the gutters. When replacing the pool lane line markers to provide and designate (21) short course lane lines with cross on each short course wall and (8) designated lane line pool markers for long course with cross on each long course wall. We are requesting that lane designation Numbers be placed on the Bottom of the Pool in each of the designated lanes. Proposals must be submitted upon the standard form contained in the Specifications with such attachments as may be authorized there. The City reserves the right to (1) reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received, and (2) to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bidder should it find that the lowest bidder does not offer the reliability, quality of service or product afforded by such other bidder. Where a bid other than the lowest bid is taken, the City Council will state the reasons upon which such award was made. All bidders shall comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the state of Florida. All Bids shall be firm for a period of 60 days after opening.
