Renovation of a water / sewer project in Feura Bush, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of January 20, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been established due to long lead times. The project includes all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction for the renovation of the Sedimentation Building to include; replacing the roof sheathing and surface, roof drains, process gates and valves, process piping, concrete and masonry repairs, lighting and other related site and electrical improvements. Unrestricted access to the interior of the building is to be provided to the electrical contractor within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence. Total project estimate $3.2M MWBE Subcontractor and Minority/Women Labor Participation Policy 1. To award a minimum of seven and one half percent (7.5% ) of the total dollar value of the contract to City of Albany Certified MWBEs; and 2. To award a minimum of 17.8% ofthe totallabor force hours to the M/W labor pool.
