Reference Number 0000342049 The project includes supplying liquid lime system mechanical components and all associated equipment, including, but not limited to tanks, mixers, feed pumps, transfer pumps, and spray nozzles for the Feura Bush Water Filtration Plant. Lead times for equipment shall be submitted with bid and released for production after shop drawing acceptance by Albany Water Board (AWB). Construction installation contract will be bid separately. Manufacturer to coordinate delivery of equipment with AWB to coincide with installation contract, which may require manufacturer to store equipment until construction begins. Purchases made by the Albany Water Board are not subject to any Federal, State or local sales tax. Bidders shall not include in their bid sales and compensating use taxes on the cost of materials.
