* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of wayfinding Phase 1 construction. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: The main component of this phase of the project is the replacement of the existing pylon facility sign with a new illuminated monument sign complete with LED message boards. Other components include illuminated signage marking the east and west entrances and rough-in for future light bollards to illuminate the asphalt path leading to the building. Fabrication of L-shaped LED backlit aluminum monument sign with lexan backing and LED message boards complete with internal steel frame, wiring and data connections to existing panel within pool building. Site preparation including tree protection and installation of construction security fencing. Excavation work to accommodate monument sign complete with piles. Supply and installation of electrical and data conduits and wiring for monument sign. Topsoil supply, placement and fine grading. Supply and installation of perennials and rock mulch. Bid Security - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 %
