S. 180st Avenue / Chutney Drive - Commencing at a point 27 feet north and 34 feet west of the north west corner of Lot 267; thence southerly, a 25-foot wide P.C.C. pavement 1,157 feet to a point 69 feet north of the northwest corner of Lot 53; thence westerly, a 25-foot wide P.C.C. pavement 472 feet to a point 25 feet north and 10 feet west of the northwest corner of Lot 45. Sage Circle - Commencing at a point 6 feet south and 12 feet east of the northeast corner of Lot 173; thence easterly, a 25-foot wide P.C.C. pavement 270 feet to the intersection of the centerlines of S 181st Street and Sage Circle; at a point 25 feet north and 33 feet east of the northeast corner of Lot 178.
