Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Chantilly, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of January 9, 2020, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Dulles Material Facility Salt Storage Dome site is located at 450 Upper Cub Run Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. The DMF Project shall include the construction of a pre-fabricated 72 FT diameter dome structure for storage of 2,500 tons of salt, portable conveyor, water line extension, and associated electrical and plumbing work. The project includes one salt containment concrete pad, two underground salinized water runoff storage tanks, and associated site improvement work.
