Renovation of a municipal facility in Chantilly, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The National Reconnaissance Office, Westfields Headquarters has a requirement to replace the roof systems for multiple buildings on the Westfields compound in Chantilly, VA. Scope will include replacement of existing roof systems with TPO roof systems, and bringing roofs in compliance with current codes and standards. The estimated price is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This notice constitutes the pre solicitation notice required by FAR 36.213-2. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be released on/about 7 August 2023. Interested parties can find the IFB on the Unclassified Acquisition Research Center (ARC) for more details on that date. Interested parties are required to have an ARC account to view the IFB. Interested parties may use the link in this posting to locate the ARC site, and use the Register function in the top right corner to begin creating an account. Any questions concerning registration should be directed to the ARC Helpdesk at (703) 230-6300. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
